Telegram from the Officer Administering the Government, Hongkong, to the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, London, dated the 26th June, 1902.
"Executive and Legislative Councils, HongKong, have heard with regret news of His Majesty's illness. On behalf of entire community they express the earnest prayer of His Majesty's loyal and devoted subjects in this Colony that the King may be shortly restored to health and await further news with deepest anxiety."
